Looking at circumstances of life, pleasant and adverse, and looking at people, agreeable and strange, I ask, 'Given all this, what can one do to be happy?' I observe, we don't have to spend all our lives tussling with problems, if we can elevate ourselves to a plane of thought, where these problems don't apply. The posts here are an attempt to help transcend ourselves to that plane.

I think most problems in the world can be solved by just communicating better and that can happen by living a stress free life.
One of the ways to do that is to learn simple breathing techniques. One such breathing technique is called the Sudharshan Kriya.
