It is better to be an animal that says nothing than be a man who gives a word and then fails to keep it.

Looking at circumstances of life, pleasant and adverse, and looking at people, agreeable and strange, I ask, 'Given all this, what can one do to be happy?' I observe, we don't have to spend all our lives tussling with problems, if we can elevate ourselves to a plane of thought, where these problems don't apply. The posts here are an attempt to help transcend ourselves to that plane.
